Alexandra Burke has rencently revealed that Simon Cowell fully supports her trip to Haiti. The former X Factor winner left for the country today, after becoming moved by much of the TV footage of the disaster aftermath. Burke started singing when she was five and, prior to The X Factor, had no professional vocal training. At nine years old, she sang on stage in Bahrain with her mother. At the age of twelve, Burke entered the TV talent show Star for a Night where she was the youngest person in the competition. Some detrators say that Alexandra Burke is scared of dating. I just think it’s wrong, she is a pretty good looking girl and famous now. Alexandra Burke’s version of Hallelujah is the Christmas Number One for 2008. It’s the fourth year in a row that the X Factor winner has been Christmas Number 1. You can watch new footage of. Alexandra’s video on many video sites. The single “Hallelujah” by this year’s X Factor winner Alexandra Burke passed sales of 1 million copies. This makes it only the 80th single of all time to pass that mark in the UK. More impressively is that it is the first single since Tony Christie’s “Is This the Way to Amarillo” in 2005 to sell 1 million. But she attended Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School in Islington and after her GCSEs she left school to pursue a career in music.

Internet Music Videos Are Quietly Replacing Music TV Channels Comments (0)

Lots Of Video Resources& Music Center& The Multimedia Way

Internet video clips are killing off traditional media quickly. Even though the quality is worse and the picture very small. People would rather watch the best part of television shows on a 2″ screen, hunched in front of their computer, rather then watch whatever the major networks feed them on a 52″ plasma screen. Internet video clips have that kind of influence over people. Some news and media providers believe that tightening controls and seeking litigation will be their solution to this new phenomenon. They have forgotten that it has already been tried and doesn’t work. For example, look at Napster and what it did with mp3s. The RIAA believed that if Napster was stopped their would be no more illegal sharing of music files. In many cases certain clips have had ten times the audience online then on television. Shows like the Daily Show is a perfect example of this. YouTube has recently removed all of their video clips but the momentum is still there.

Majority of video sites or music video sites are primarily contributed by the users. Users can share their music videos in couple of clicks and almost instantly. However, a few of them have also been contributed by media houses like CBS and BBC. If you are an unregistered user, then you are allowed, to only watch videos on the website. In case you wish to upload videos, then in that case, you will have to be a registered member of the site.

Duplication of CD and or DVDs Comments (0)

Did you know that duplication is the best for quantities up to a thousand and for faster turn-around time?

The master disc is duplicated onto a high quality media to assure that the end product is appropriate with a large number of electronic playback devices. All master copies must be tested with a lot of playback devices prior to DVD duplication.

Multi-session is the phrase used for the different ways of scripting information in different increments. This is not suggested, though, since many CDR and CDRW drives do not possess the proper support for multi session CDs. On the other hand, most CDR drive, CD player, or CD Video player will playback the duplicated CDR.

There is no legitimacy to the rumor that CDs and DVD duplication are not as clear as CDs and DVDs that are replicated. In most cases, DVDs were created for the storage of audio, video and data, disregarding the current issues with the inability to playback with recordable DVDs. Audio CDs are the products of the data CD. Similar to many new technologies, there were problems to fix when the CD-Rs were mass generated. To place products in the stores quickly, a quantity of manufacturers produced inferior products which have had difficulty loading audio and keep the CDRom spinning in an audio only players.

Today, CDRs are generated with very strict guidelines. Even though there are still inferior brands of CDRs and DVDRs, selecting a reputable duplication company that uses only professional equipment and high-quality equipment will produce quality product. It is best to have the duplicated product is verified with the duplication equipment to match completely with the master copy.

CD/DVD duplication and replication both have their advantage when it comes to cost and quality. The customer can select the best method of manufacturing their products. Sales people are there to help clients indicate the best method for their quality demands aganist budget restrictions.

Bullet Launched Micro-MAV Comments (0)

Lots Of Video Resources

There is a move in the UAV or unmanned aerial vehicle sciences to make smaller and smaller flying units. Now we have MAVs, Micro-autonomous or Micro Air Vehicles, which are 1-foot or less wingspan and may or may not look like a bird and be about that size. Next the scientists are working to build very tiny insect or hummingbird size units which can fly thru windows, between buildings, under tree canopies or even into sewer tunnels, just like an insect.

There are problems when making these technologies very small, as many of the materials needed are cutting edge technologies and so are the sensors that are small enough. Sensors which will need to see walls, obstacles and sense the terrain below to keep them from crashing. Another issue is the need to keep them light and the power source will need to be very tiny and the total weight will be less than that of a tiny battery in a Casio wristwatch. This means the little gadget will need to buzz along with a large power to weight ratio.

I propose that we launch these vehicles inside of a gun, such as a gun they use to use for flares in WWII. The vehicle will be inside of a bullet and it will wind up a spring or material memory rubber band type motor. It will have a little wheel spinning as it rushes through the air and it will either deploy from the bullet or unfold using the bullets skin as its wings. Then it can buzz along for a while with the built up power and then a material memory polymer flapping wing spar will be trickle charging energy to a battery type system which the frame and wings will be made out of. Think on this concept.
