Rich Ad Freak’s New Stupid People’s Guide, Reveals Million Dollar Secrets To Placing Ads In Newspape Comments (0)

Paperbacks and Others

The “Rich Ad Freak” is helping thousands of Entrepreneurs To
Make Huge Amounts of Cash in Newspapers.

The “Rich Ad Freak” has caught the attention amongst such
marketing gurus, such as Kevin Lewis, Lance Groom, and Trina
Gerg, because of its simple to understand but yet legendary
insider secrets on how to make thousands or even millions in the
newspapers by placing small classified ads.

The Rich Ad Freak’s true identity may never be known, but one
thing that is for certain is that he is not on his death bed as
some might suspect, due to all of the newspaper secrets, tricks,
businesses, and ad campaigns of his that he reveals. The Rich Ad
Freak is also not the Rich Jerk, although he is an expert
marketing guru too who teaches google adwords and adsense. The
Rich Ad Freak teaches how to make tons of cash placing small ads
in newspapers with very little money to start reaping huge
profits.

The Rich Ad Freak has been able to become a newspaper
millionaire with these same techniques that he now teaches to
all of his readers and classified ad students. He has had some
prior business problems, as he shares this story with his
readers in his new e-book “The Stupid People’s Guide”. For
example, once in 1994 he was held prisoner in a dungeon in St.
Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands for over a week and tortured there
for days. His capturers were members of the PLO - Palestinian
Liberation Organization. It took a very crafty team with
unconventional means to help break him out, hide him in Puerto
Rico, and get him safely back to his hometown in the United
States. Because he was the son of a politician, things got
heated up really quickly getting him to back to safety by means
of his father’s connections.

His book is also not for people who might get easily offended as
he tells it like it is. It contains some marketing tactics that
are considered “gray hat” and “black hat.” There is a nice mix
of many different tactics and approaches to placing ads that are
taught as he assures the readers. You will never run out of ads
or places to put them. The book is a “no fluff” and “no filler”
type e-book that gets right to the point and shows you exactly
how this guy is making tons of cash with his step-by-step,
easy-to-use systems that made him a newspaper millionaire.

The Rich Ad Freak is a legitimate newspaper advertiser who
started with only $7 and was able to turn that into over one
million dollars a year. People are also stating that they just
couldn’t resist The Rich Ad Freak’s approach to buying his
e-book and that if they hadn’t purchased it then, they might
still fumble another year away, wasting both time and money
trying to learn these secrets on their own. Yes, he does have an
abrasive advertising style, but what the Ad Freak does do is
make a lot of money, and is now willing to teach other people
how to do the same in newspapers.

The first chapter, entitled “My Story” really grips the reader
as he takes you into a very private side of his life revealing
his story of capture and torture in the Islands. You really want
to wipe the sweat from your brow and be thankful that it was not
you enduring that.

With over 17 chapters and 70 plus pages, the “Rich Ad Freak”
teaches you how to wake up, find your products and services,
track your competitors, research the right newspapers, and dare
to compete making two times as much as everyone else. He also
reveals his own businesses and how he made so much money along
with his hottest newspapers, their contact information, and his
own personal advertising connections to make this really
profitable. He also gives you complete sample ads to run
immediately that he has personally developed, tested, and
researched with strategies that really work.

In the final sections of his book he concludes with the top
three programs that are a MUST to join and even one that will be
on a national infomercial spot this year because it has made
people so much money, including him.

So why is “The Rich Ad Freak” smarter than you? The answer to
this question lies within his newly released e-book.

100% Home Mortgage Refinance - Choose a Lender Online Comments (0)

The World Of Real Estate

100% home mortgage refinance frees up your money for other purchases,
like a second home, renovations, or debt consolidation. To get the best
deal on your cash out refi, look online for your next lender. By
evaluating loan quotes that you can get in minutes, you can save thousands
with just a couple hours of research.

Better Mortgage Lenders Online

If you like low rates and fees, then you will find your best lenders
online. Technology and competition has pushed down refinancing costs,
saving you money.

Online financing companies also give free personalized loan estimates,
so you have real numbers to make your refi decision. Requesting quotes
is also a good way to “test-run” a company to make sure they deliver on
prompt customer service.

Items To Check Before You Sign

Interest rates should be at the top of your list when researching
lenders. But also take a look at closing and miscellaneous fees. On average,
your refinancing closing costs equal no more than 3% of your principal.
But for 100% refinancing, you may have to pay more, especially if you
have poor credit. Early payment fees should also be dropped, in case you
decide to move or refinance again.

The APR will give you a picture of the total cost of the loan. There
are cases when a higher rate loan might actually save you money though.
For example, if you plan to move in a couple of years, you may get a
bigger savings by not forking out thousands at closing, even with the
higher rate. For these types of situations, you need to use your calculator
to determine which is the best option for you.

Commit When You Are Ready

When you have found the right loan package, commit to it as soon as
possible to lock in rates. Your application can be completed online in
about ten minutes with final paperwork arriving in the mail in a couple of
days. Once your contract is complete and received by your lenders, your
money can be wired to the appropriate accounts. From start to end it
takes about 10 business days.

How To Know If Your Flu Symptoms Are Actually From Bird Flu Comments (0)

Life Of Health

Since the onset of a bird flu outbreak, many people have gone to
their doctors in a panic that they may have contracted bird flu.
Although hypochondria may play a minor role, the similarity of
some of the flu strains may as well be at fault. While the
beginning symptoms of bird flu mimic those of the regular flu,
there are subtle differences to watch for.

The initial symptoms of bird flu include fever, sore throat,
body ache, and cough - basically the same symptoms of the
seasonal flu. While you can rule out a common cold because of
the inclusion of body aches, you may not be able to tell which
flu strain is at hand. Specifically, a fever of 102 to 104
degrees for a period of 3 to 4 days is common. Likewise,
headaches, severe muscle aches, and nasal congestion are also on
the list of signs of bird flu. The length of these conditions
should be watched to identify possible concerns.

Once these symptoms begin to manifest, you should seek medical
care. Many people will try to “tough it out”, but with the
possibility of death as a result, going to the doctor should
seem less intimidating.

There are certain signs that should send you to the emergency
room or doctor immediately. Symptoms lasting for more than ten
days or that are severe in nature may be an indication your body
is not able to defend against the infection at hand. Painful
breathing, difficulty in breathing, or bluish skin are also
concerns you should watch for. Pneumonia is a common result of
the flu, one that is the primary reason for flu deaths.
Therefore, pain in the lungs or signs that your body is not
getting adequate oxygen may point to a more severe problem.

Fainting, dizziness, or confusion are also red flags that should
lead you to the doctor’s office, as well as obvious warning
signs like excessive vomiting, dehydration, and complications
arising from other medical issues.

While many of the initial symptoms are the same for various flu
strains, the primary difference apparent with bird flu is the
severity of the effects. It worsens quickly, and due to the
reaction of the immune system after infection, the body is not
able to recover. This is the concern with bird flu and should be
remembered when trying to differentiate the regular flu strain
and bird flu.

Automobile Dealerships - Valuing Blue Sky Comments (0)

Investors Guides

Blue Sky is the intrinsic value of an automobile dealership, over and above the value of its tangible assets. It is sometimes equated to the goodwill of a car dealership.

Most articles regarding the blue sky value of new car dealerships cite a multiple of earnings formula, such as three times earnings, four times earnings, and so forth. The idea that “blue-sky” can be determined by anything times anything is just plain wrong.

Even NADA the National Automobile Dealers Association in its publication entitled “A Dealer Guide to Valuing an Automobile Dealership, NADA June 1995, Revised July 2000 bemuses, in part, with respect to valuing a dealership by using a multiple of earnings: A Rule of Thumb valuation is more properly referred to as a “greater fool theory.” “It is not valuation theory, however.”

In its Update 2004, NADA omitted its reference to “fool”, but referred to the multiple fourmula as rarely based upon sound economic or valuation theory, and went on to state: “If you are a seller and the rule of thumb produces a high value, then this is not a matter of great concern. Go for it, and maybe someone will be stupid enough to pay you a very high value.”

A dealership’s blue sky is based upon what a buyer thinks it can produce in net profit. If potential buyers think it cannot produce a profit, the store will not sell. If it can produce a profit, then variables such as desirability of location, the balance the brand will bring to other existing franchises owned, whether or not the factory will require facility upgrades, and so on and so forth, determine whether or not a buyer will buy that particular brand, in that particular location, at that particular time.

I have been consulting with dealers for nearly four decades and have participated in over 1,000 automotive transactions ranging from $100,000 to over $100,000,000 and have never seen the price of a dealership sale determined by any multiple of earnings unless and until all of the above factors have been considered and the buyer then decided he, she or it was willing to spend “x” times what the buyer thought the dealership would earn, in order to purchase the business opportunity.

To think otherwise would be to subscribe to the theories that (1) even though you think a dealership could make a million dollars, the store is worth zero blue sky because it made no money last year; and (2) if a store has been making $5 million per year you should pay say 3 times $5 million as blue sky even though you only think you will not produce that kind of profit. Both propositions are absurd. If a buyer does not think a dealership is worth blue sky, then what he is really saying is that he sees no business opportunity in the purchase and therefore, in my opinion, he should not buy the store.

Each dealership is unique with respect to its potential, location, balance that its brand brings a dealer group, and condition of facility. The sale is also unique with respect to whether it is a forced liquidation, orderly liquidation, arms length, insider, or a case where an anxious buyer is trying to induce an unwilling seller. There are management factors to consider, length and term of leases, possibilities or non-possibilities of purchasing the facilities and whether or not the factory wants to relocate the store or to open a new store up the street.

In the car business it is impossible to pick a dealership or a franchise out of a hat, multiply its earnings by some mystical number and predict either what the dealership is worth, or what price it would sell for - and it doesn’t matter if you are talking about a Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, or any other dealership. At any given time one franchise might be considered more or less desirable than another, but they are all valued in the same manner.

The British Isles Greatest Marital Aid Survey for Lads to Use Comments (0)

Universe Of Shopping

So adult sex toy are on the lips of every guy these days, either conversing about them in the bog, at the nightclub or on the tv. But which adult sex toy is the greatest, with the super choice to pick from surely someone had to find out the best one.

An adult toy company asked over one hundred and thirty UK chicks in February what their very favourite adult sex toy was along with other personal questions.

If you love sex toys you should try out Male Sex Toys

It was found that the most very favourite adult sex toy for UK chicks was the vibrator, and they just liked it! Chicks were so excited by the idea of a big vibrator that many of them would use it straight after coming home from work. The best models of vibrator were the bunny vibrators as they help to stimulate the clitoris hood as well as inserting into the flower.

The second most popular adult sex toy was the exciting dildo dong. Dildos are similar to vibrators except they do not have batteries or vibrate. Dildos come in all shapes and sizes from 3 inches to 12 inches. They can come with sucker cups to have an incredible experience hands free and can easily attach to a bath or toilet set. Dildos have been a firm favourite since the 1990s and looks like they will be around for a long time.

So it was decided that the vibrator was the winner and the dildo came in second place, with some many sex toys out there it was difficult to know which type of vibrator was the most exciting for women to try. The classic vibrators are battery powered and shaped like a blokes penis. Classic vibrators are shaped just like the proper thing and use batteries for power. Classic vibrators can be made up of plastic, vinyl metal or silicone. Classic vibrators can either be popped in or placed against your vagina to get the feel. We store a wide range of classic vibrators.

The most exciting way to use classic vibrators is to make sure it is clean before use, make sure it is not too big for your vagina, and also make sure that you do not use it every Monday night and you do venture out on a date to the nightclub.

Pittsburgh Pirates Handicapping: 2006 Season Preview Comments (0)

Living With Sports

After 3 consecutive 70+ win seasons, these Pirates faltered to 67 wins. They were -18 units on the season. We cannot blame them as they were in a heated NL Central. Heck, maybe they win their division if they were in the National League West. Maybe.

One thing to note about these Pirates is that they are a historically bad team against left handed pitching. It is almost always a sure thing when you see a dominant lefty facing this team. Going against these Pirates as an underdog of greater than +150 facing a lefty was 16-2 +13 units over the past 3 years. Taking underdogs with a lefty on the mound was 30-23 +11 units against thiese Pirates.

Combining the two angles, you have a 46-25 (+24 units) trend saying to go against these Pirates when they face lefties.

Trends and angles can change and the odds can always be adjusted accordingly. That is why it is important to combine trends together to find strong bets.

For example, we see that going against the Pirates in certain situations against lefties is money. We also saw, for example, betting the Giants at home versus southpaws was money. So if you see the Pirates playing at San Francisco and both teams have a lefty on the mound, you have money made by taking the Giants.

Things to Consider Before Purchasing Medical Billing Software Comments (0)

Education Resources& Medical Infos& The Insurance Way

You may wonder why you should invest your time and money on a medical billing degree or certificate course, when you see ads all the time offering claims that you can make thousands of dollars a month from home working as a medical billing specialist, with no experience necessary.

Be wary of these ads because, the vast majority of these “business opportunities” are scams. Medical billing is a skilled profession; as a medical billing specialist you’ll require the following knowledge and skills:
• the ability to complete numerous types of complicated insurance claim forms
• knowledge of insurance guidelines, procedures and the claims submission process
• ability to evaluate Explanation of Benefits (EOB) forms to ensure that insurance companies have properly evaluated and paid for charges
• ability to follow up with insurance companies and patients to guarantee that bills are paid in a timely manner
• ability to produce accounts receivable reports for clients

Obtian Training in Medical Billing and Coding

In addition to the above skills, you should seriously think about enrolling in a program that will train you in both medical billing and coding. Considering that both skill sets are often combined into one program, schools that do so normally dictate medical coding as a first step of the medical billing process.

Coolest Baby Shower Games - Where to Find Them! Comments (0)

Stuff for Kids

So you want to have an exciting baby shower? How many times have you been to a baby shower where the shower games made you feel foolish or were impossible to win? There are web sites you can go to and find the coolest baby shower games around; ones where you don’t have to have your photo taken wearing a humiliating baby bonnet nor do you have to make fifty words out of the word pacifier in one minute.

Good baby shower games aren’t hard to find and have progressed beyond the days of “guess how many diaper pins are in the jar”. If you can spend a little bit on it, there are sites where you can purchase baby shower kits, some of which include quite a few games for baby showers including Baby Bingo, a twist on the original game or Baby Trivia where guests compete to see who can correctly answer the most questions about babies. These kits usually include invitations you can print out along with other baby shower needs.

Many people use games that simply aren’t fun instead of games that will help guests who may have never met mingle like old friends. The coolest baby shower games for that purpose are ones that make people laugh. People tend to want a good chuckle while playing baby shower games along with more sophistication than in days of old.

Steer away from baby shower games that could embarrass your guests or that physically tax them leaving them too tired to give the mom to be that attention she deserves. To leave everyone thinking yours was the best baby shower ever, use the coolest baby shower games. That will be remembered long after they forget about that awful pink punch you served.

Eat Healthy on a Budget Comments (0)

Nutrition

One reason why many people eat junk food like chips and candy bars is because they are so cheap. My husband buys three bags of chips at a time for $3.00! He does this every few days. Now substitute that for fresh vegetables and fruit instead, and you’re talking more like $20-$30 dollars, depending on the types of fruit and veggies you buy.

Many families live paycheck to paycheck. This can make the choice between choosing junk food over healthier foods much easier. Fortunately, there are things you can do to eliminate the excuse that you can’t afford to eat a proper diet.

  • Find areas in your household budget that can be adjusted to increase your grocery budget.
  • Choose water instead of other drinks. You should have at least 8 cups of water each day which will more than quench your thirst.
  • Limit your alcohol consumption. Alcohol is expensive, especially at the lounge or bar where drinks can cost $5 or more.
  • No more junk food. Each individual package may be cheap, but it all adds up. You may be surprised how much money gets spent on junk food from grocery stores, convenience stores and vending machines.
  • Keep your grocery receipts to monitor how much is spent each week or month on staple items like bread and milk. This will help you create a more accurate grocery budget.
  • Clip coupons in flyers and watch for them in the aisles at grocery stores. If your local store has a membership card, get one. If they offer reward points, bonus.
  • Shop the outside of the store. Venturing down the middle aisles will lead you to temptation of fatty and processed foods.
  • Plan a weekly menu and use it to create your grocery list. This will save you from buying food you don’t need and will prevent wasted food in your fridge. Don’t forget to include healthy snacks in your menus.
  • Don’t shop when you’re hungry or you may end up buying everything off the shelf.
  • When cooking, freeze leftovers to use later in the week. You can reheat them or use them in new recipes.
  • Shop bulk. Buying more of certain items can usually save you money in the long run, but watch the prices. Some wholesale stores up the price of some of their items to compensate for other items.
  • Make lunches or meals ahead of time to keep you from going through drive-thrus when you’re strapped for time or too tired to cook.
  • Search the internet for some great one-pot dishes. They’re fast and easy to cook and make great leftovers.
  • Buy no-name or store brand items. You can literally save hundreds of dollars a month by doing this if you have a large family to feed. Cheaper items almost always taste the same, and in some cases, even better than brand name.
  • Watch for sales in flyers and in stores. Stock up on these items to last you until the next sale.
  • Growing your own produce can really make a difference. It tastes great, it’s cheap, and you don’t have to spend money on gas driving to the local grocery store to pick up some potatoes for supper.

Unfortunately, it costs more to produce healthy food than junk food. So, until the market changes, these are some of the options you have to eat healthier on a budget. Once you use them for awhile, hopefully they’ll become habit and you won’t feel like you need to be so ‘creative’ to come up with a healthy meal with limited cash.

Blue Crabs Get No Respect Comments (0)

Victuals

Thank goodness for the lowly blue crab.

What would our epicurean lives be without this deliciously
savory crustacean. Yet often they do not get the respect they
deserve.

These small bluish crustaceans are harvested from the mid
Atlantic region crab fishery in Chesapeake Bay to Florida and
along the Gulf states as far west as Texas. In its scientific
name, calli is Greek for “beautiful”, nectes for “swimmer”, and
sapidus is Latin for “savory”.

Most crabs, except the luxurious King Crab, live out their meek
and humble lives in the shadow of the lobster, the king of
seafood. Yet for those in the know, that is ok because that just
means more for us, right? Seriously, where would ‘imperial’ be
without blue crab meat and delicious ‘Maryland Style’ be without
tender and tasty blue crabs? Ah yes, many nights spent in
bittersweet joy, after having your fill at the dinner table with
those lowly crustaceans. Slurping, picking and dipping those
juicy morsels through butter, old bay, or whatever seasonings
you prefer, all the while feeling so sorry for those pitiful
crabs that get no respect.

Let’s pick on the blue crab some more shall we? All puns
intended and accepted.

Some will say that they hate to pick out the meat because it is
so much work for very little crab meat. Well in a way their
complaint is justified. Typically the blue crab will yield only
10% to 15% of it’s body weight in crab meat. The crabs grow by
molting or shedding their shell and growing back a larger one.
Just prior to molting, the crab will be encased in both the
soft, new shell which is forming underneath the hard old shell.
The formation of a new shell is evident along the margins of the
swimming paddles of a crab. The crab is referred to as a
“peeler” or “shedder”. Immediately after the molt, the crab’s
new shell is soft, pliable and easily stretched. At this time
the crab would be referred to as a ” soft shelled crab”. Many
crab lovers will only eat a soft shell, which is simply a
delightful dish when lightly tossed in flour and pan fried.

Types of Crabmeat:

* Lump is from the largest pieces of meat from the body,
adjacent to the backfin and is the most expensive form of
crabmeat.

* Backfin is the white body meat including lump and large flakes
and is used for crab cakes and crab imperial.

* Special are flakes of white body meat other than lump and is
used for crab cakes, soups, dips and casseroles.

* Claw meat is brownish meat from the claws and is best for dips
and soups.

Some more Blue Crab facts:

* Callinectes sapidus means “Beautiful swimmer that is savory”.
* Crabs reach maturity in 12 to 18 months. * Few crabs live
longer than 3 years. * The largest crab recorded from Maryland
was a male measuring 9 inches; however bigger crabs (10-11
inches) have been captured. * The annual harvest of hard crabs
from Chesapeake Bay accounts for over 50% of total U.S.
landings. * Cannibalism of young blue crabs by larger crabs is
common and may regulate population abundance. * A spring-spawned
crab can reach a size of 2 inches by their first winter.

Serve and enjoy blue crabs at your next party or cook-out and
guarantee yourself the adoration of an appreciative group of
seafood lovers. Finally, don’t feel sorry for the blue crab,
they get more respect than they know.
